Por
medio de la Revista de ADENAG, difundiremos en forma progresiva el resultado de
investigaciones y reflexiones que nuestros docentes asociados producen con el propósito
de hacer aportes tangibles a la disciplina Administración.
El
crecimiento de la revista se refleja en su indización, ha sido aceptada en la
Red Dialnet, y en el presente número contamos con tres artículos científicos,
donde los investigadores se han desprendido de su producción y han aceptado en
forma desinteresada y desapasionada el arbitraje de sus pares recompensándose
con la publicación de su original para la difusión y reproducción del
conocimiento.
En
este segundo número también se han incorporado dos artículos de síntesis y dos
de actualidad, no sujetos a arbitraje, con la finalidad de incentivar la publicación,
generando un espacio de discusión y reflexión académico-profesional.
La
revista va conquistando un espacio de legitimidad y debiera auxiliarnos en la comprensión,
interpretación y explicación de los fenómenos organizacionales.
A
los autores se los reconoce especialmente por las ricas contribuciones de los artículos
que componen esta edición y agradecemos al Comité Científico la confianza
depositada en este trabajo.
Que
los textos que siguen constituyan una fuente de reflexión.

Editorial
Through the ADENAG Magazine, we will progressively
disseminate the results of research and reflections that our associated
teachers produce with the purpose of making tangible contributions to the
Administration discipline.
The growth of the journal is reflected in its
indexing, it has been accepted in the Red Dialnet,
and in this issue we have three scientific articles, where the researchers have
detached themselves from their production and have selflessly and
dispassionately accepted the arbitration of their peers rewarding themselves
with the publication of their original for the dissemination and reproduction
of knowledge.
In this second number, two summary articles and two
current articles have also been included, not subject to arbitration, with the
aim of encouraging publication, generating a space for discussion and
academic-professional reflection.
The magazine is conquering a space of legitimacy and
should help us in the understanding, interpretation and explanation of
organizational phenomena.
The authors are especially recognized for the rich
contributions of the articles that make up this edition and we thank the
Scientific Committee for the trust placed in this work.
That the texts that follow constitute a source of
reflection.
