Editorial
En dos años de vida, la revista obtuvo su INTERNACIONAL
ESTANDAR SERIAL NUMBER o ISSN, número este único y que nos distingue a nivel mundial como
publicación periódica.
Gracias
a los artículos de creciente calidad científica, se logró que Ia Revista sea indizada en la principal base de datos bibliográfica
española, DIALNET, donde no solo aparecen indexados los trabajos publicados en Ia revista, sino que dichos trabajos están también disponibles
en texto completo. Es bueno señalar que una revista indizada, tiene valor para
puntajes de calificación curricular.
En
Ia página institucional de la asociación se diseñó un
formato electrónico de revista siguiendo el ejemplo de modernidad editorial de
otras prestigiosas publicaciones de administración.
De
esta forma, este nuevo número, demuestra el énfasis puesto durante estos últimos
años en el desarrollo de un ámbito de discusión e intercambio, afianzando el
propósito de divulgar los trabajos científicos y/o de actualidad sobre los cuales
los docentes están trabajando. Encontrarán dos artículos científicos con
referato, dos artículos de síntesis y un artículo de actualidad.
Por
último, los logros anteriores requieren sostenibilidad y desarrollo, y esto obliga
a las próximas autoridades y al Comité Editorial no solo a seguir el camino
trazado sino a mejorarlo, haciendo de Ia Revista de Ia Asociación de Docentes de Administración General — ADENAG-
un medio de difusión de conocimiento, de reputación, convirtiéndola en un
referente de consulta nacional e internacional y ante todo no permitiendo que
la continuidad y calidad editorial de la misma se vea interrumpida.
Nuestro
más sincero agradecimiento a los autores que nos han confiado sus trabajos.

Editorial
In two years of life, the magazine obtained its
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SERIAL NUMBER or ISSN, a unique number that
distinguishes us worldwide as a periodic publication.
Thanks to the articles of increasing scientific
quality, it was possible for the Journal to be indexed in the main Spanish
bibliographic database, DIALNET, where not only the works published in the
journal are indexed, but said works are also available in full text. It is good
to point out that an indexed journal has value for curricular qualification
scores.
On the association's institutional page, an electronic
magazine format was designed following the example of editorial modernity of
other prestigious administration publications.
In this way, this new issue demonstrates the emphasis
placed in recent years on the development of an environment for discussion and
exchange, strengthening the purpose of disseminating scientific and/or current
works on which teachers are working. You will find two peer-reviewed scientific
articles, two summary articles and a current article.
Finally, the previous achievements require
sustainability and development, and this forces the next authorities and the
Editorial Committee not only to follow the path outlined but to improve it,
making the Journal of the Association of Teachers of General Administration -
ADENAG - a medium dissemination of knowledge, reputation, making it a benchmark
for national and international consultation and above all not allowing its
continuity and editorial quality to be interrupted.
Our most sincere thanks to the authors who have
entrusted us with their work.
