Estimados lectores
Próximos al inicio del
año 2022, esta nueva edición de nuestra revista llega con nuevos desafíos y
expectativas renovadas.
ADENAG es una institución
comprometida con la educación y la investigación, lo que le da una particular
impronta a cada una de las actividades que realiza, en este sentido, a lo largo
de 10 años, nuestra revista ha logrado un buen posicionamiento y genera altas
expectativas en los lectores e investigadores, que estamos dispuestos a satisfacer
a partir de asumir los retos que ello conlleva.
Nuestra asociación en
este tiempo enfrentó con éxito diversos desafíos, y en este preciso instante
está embarcada en otros, como por ejemplo la renovación de nuestra Revista, que
nos llevó a contar un nuevo Comité Científico conformado en su totalidad por
Doctores de diversas latitudes, a firmar un convenio específico con la
Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto para contar con un repositorio digital en
dicha universidad, a redactar una declaración de privacidad y procedimientos de
evaluación y edición, como así también a reformular nuestra página web para
cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por los sistemas de información en
línea para revistas científicas más prestigiosos del mundo, como es el caso de
Latindex – Catálogo 2.0.
Con todas estas
novedades, la presente edición tiene la particularidad de contener cuatro artículos
científicos y tres ensayos, todos ellos elaborados por integrantes de nuestro
prestigioso Comité Evaluador, quienes gentilmente aportaron su mirada sobre
temas de interés del mundo de la Administración.
En materia de artículos
científicos empezamos con un interesante estudio sobre responsabilidad social
en organizaciones no lucrativas.
Después nos insertamos en
la problemática de la ejecución presupuestaria de la universidad pública de
nuestro país, en particular en lo referente a la partida “personal”.
Mucho se habla de la significancia de las pymes en nuestra
economía, el rol que estas juegan y del apoyo que debería brindarles
eventualmente el Estado para su crecimiento, en la presente edición de nuestra
revista, podrán encontrar un excelente artículo sobre el acceso al
financiamiento bancario de las pymes argentinas.
El cuarto y último
artículo científico toca el tema del comportamiento de los recursos humanos y
las percepciones de la realidad.
En el terreno de los
ensayos, la revista presenta en esta edición una variada temática que
seguramente será de su agrado, al respecto, como sabemos el mundo del trabajo
es de especial interés para la Administración, por ello poder contar con un
ensayo sobre los centennials y su relación con el
trabajo, resulta apropiado.
La segunda propuesta, por
cierto, altamente recomendable, nos habla sobre las organizaciones gobernables
y las estrategias directivas.
Finalmente, les acercamos
un excelente trabajo sobre instituciones sólidas y gobernanza moderna, que, sin
lugar a duda también merece su especial atención.
Como pueden ver el
contenido de esta 11° edición es variado, sumamente interesante y de alta
calidad, espero les guste y aporte al debate académico.

Dear readers
Close to the beginning
of the year 2022, this new edition of our magazine comes with new challenges
and renewed expectations.
ADENAG is an
institution committed to education and research, which gives a particular
imprint to each of the activities it carries out, in this sense, over 10 years,
our magazine has achieved a good position and generates high expectations. in
readers and researchers, which we are willing to satisfy by assuming the
challenges that this entails.
During this time, our
association successfully faced various challenges, and at this precise moment
is embarking on others, such as the renewal of our Journal, which led us to
have a new Scientific Committee made up entirely of Doctors from different
latitudes, to sign a specific agreement with the National University of Río
Cuarto to have a digital repository at said university, to write a privacy
statement and evaluation and editing procedures, as well as to reformulate our
website to meet the requirements established by the online information systems
for the world's most prestigious scientific journals, such as Latindex – Catalog
2.0.
With all these
novelties, this edition has the particularity of containing four scientific
articles and three essays, all of them prepared by members of our prestigious
Evaluation Committee, who kindly contributed their views on topics of interest
in the world of Administration.
In terms of scientific
articles, we begin with an interesting study on social responsibility in
non-profit organizations.
Then we insert
ourselves into the problem of the budgetary execution of the public university
of our country, in relation to the "personal" item.
Much is said about the
significance of SMEs in our economy, the role they play and the support that
the State should eventually provide them for their growth. In this edition of
our magazine, you will find an excellent article on access to bank financing.
of Argentine SMEs.
The fourth and last
scientific article deals with the behavior of human resources and perceptions
of reality.
In the field of
essays, the magazine presents in this edition a varied theme that will surely
be to your liking, in this regard, as we know, the world of work is of special
interest to the Administration, therefore being able to have an essay on
centennials and its relationship with work, is appropriate.
The second proposal,
by the way, highly recommended, tells us about governable organizations and
management strategies.
Finally, we bring you
an excellent work on solid institutions and modern governance, which, without a
doubt, also deserves your special attention.
As you can see, the
content of this 11th edition is varied, extremely interesting and of high
quality. I hope you like it and contribute to the academic debate.
